This is one of the most fun things you can do on Photoshop that has a wide range of uses. Creating your own avatar.
Firstly take a photograph of your self in a desired pose wearing a pair of aviators like so
Next you need to make a new layer with just the glasses on so make a new layer like so
And then using the brush tool just create a colour over the glasses, mine looked like this
Next you need to double click the layer and apply these settings to give the layer the stereotypical reflection effect perfect for an avatar like so
